关于研制“思想品德、思想政治学科教师专业标准”的思考

摘要 目前迫切需要研制“思想品德、思想政治学科教师专业标准”。以《中学教师专业标准》、《教师教育课程标准》、《思想品德、思想政治课程标准》作为重要依据，考虑初中和高中学段的不同要求，对合格、熟练、优秀、卓越等4个层次，分别从个人素质、教学、管理、合作、研究等5个领域，观念、知识、能力等3个维度，提出具体的要求，使该标准实现共性要求与个性发展的统一。
