摘要
目的血清胱抑素C在儿童肾脏病中的临床应用价值。方法采用免疫比浊法测定胱抑素C浓度。结果胱抑素C的灵敏度及准确度明显高于尿素氮和血肌酐。结论血清胱抑素C的结果可以直接利用,不需经体表面积或体重的转换来反映肾小球滤过功能改变,因而适用于儿童肾脏病的诊断,是儿童肾脏病早期肾损害的敏感指标。
Objection To investigate the clinic application of serum cycstatin C（cyc-c） in children with kidney disease. Mathods the serum concentration of cystatinc was detected by immunoturbidimetry method. Results the senstivity and accuracy of detecting serum eystatinC were significantly higher than detecting serum BUN and scr. Oondus i on the serum concentration of cystationC can directly used to reflect the change in the glomerular filtration function. Which do not need to convertea to body surface area or weight .Thus the serum comcentration of cystantinC is appropriate to diagnose children nephropathy and is also a sensitine index for early renal injury in children nephropathy.
