一种聚合物分散液晶菲涅尔波带片 被引量:2

A Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal Fresnel Zone Plate

摘要 利用波长为800nm,脉宽130fs的飞秒激光在镀铝膜的玻璃基片上刻蚀出波带环图案,然后用溶致相分离法将其制备成聚合物分散液晶菲涅尔波带片.用波长为632nm的He-Ne激光对聚合物分散液晶菲涅尔波带片进行测试,结果表明:随着电压的增加该样品具有良好的光电可控性,可以实现对焦点光强的调控.在沿光轴方向上,测试到的主焦点位置与理论计算值相差小于5%,且聚合物分散液晶菲涅尔波带片在160V电压时衍射效率为10.4%,接近理论衍射效率12.1%,表明了该设计的可行性. A wave band ring pattern was fabricated by femtosecond laser on a glass substrate which was plated with aluminum,the wavelength of the laser was 800 nm,and the width of pulse was 130 fs.The solvent system phase separation preparation was used to manufacture a polymer dispersed liquid crystal Fresnel zone plate.By the He-Ne laser,the properties of the zone plate was tested.The results show that the sample has good photoelectric regulation properties with the increasing voltage,the intensity of the focal point is able to be adjusted.Meanwhile,along the direction of optical axis,the difference between the location of the main focal point and its theoretical value is less than 5%,and the diffraction efficiency of the polymer dispersed liquid crystal Fresnel zone plate is 10.4% with the voltage is 160 V,which is close to the theoretical value of 12.1%.The results prove this design to be feasible.
