摘要 新加坡教师培训体系不仅涵盖以人为本的理念、教育政策和组织机构的保障,同时培训组织建立了以人为本的合作关系,拥有科学化、结构化、多样化的培训内容、过程和形式,颁布实施了一系列鼓励性措施。如何借鉴新加坡教师继续教育管理经验,构建出符合我国国情的"以人为本、科学合理"教师培训模式,这对于我国高等教育国际化、大众化发展时期教师队伍的继续教育改革具有理论与实践层面指导意义。 Singapore's teacher training system not only holds the concept of being people-oriented, it also gets support from educational policy and institutions. More importantly, the training organizations build a people-centered partnership; provides a scientific method, structuralizing and diversified training contents, process and forms, and implements a series of incentives. This paper uses the experience of Singapore' s teacher training for reference. It aims to construct the suitable teacher training model according with Chinese national conditions based on the concept of "people-oriented, scientific and reasonable," which will have theoretical and empirical significance for the development and reformation of teacher training in the era of popularization and internationalization in the field of higher education.
