荣誉学院实行“书院制”管理模式的探索

A Probe into the Management Mode of Academic Schooling System by Honors College

荣誉学院是培养拔尖人才的一个重要模式,具有重课程、重研究、重指导、重活动等特点。荣誉学院实施"书院制"管理模式有利于提供专门的育人环境,促进学生的全面提升。因此,要实施"书院制"管理模式,就需要建设"书院式"荣誉学院建筑群,实行集中住宿,继承和发展书院教育方法,形成以问题为中心的研讨学习空间,建设以"有灵魂的卓越"为目标的荣誉学院文化,倡导学生自主管理,形成全方位指导和服务体系。

Honors College, which is characterized by attaching much significance to courses, researches, guidance and activities and so on, is an important mode of talents cultivation. The academic schooling management model implemented by Honors Colleges is beneficial to provide specialized education environment and promote students to develop in an all-round way. Therefore, in order to implement the academic schooling management mode, the Honors Colleges needs to build buildings based on the academic schooling mode for centralized accommodation; to inherit and develop academic schooling education methods in order to produce question：oriented research and study space; and, to develop the Honors College culture aimed at ＂excellence with soul. ＂ It is also designed to advocate students＇ self-management for the formation of a full range of guidance and service systems.
