摘要
结合学校生产过程自动化技术、电气自动化技术等专业,设计了基于压力变送器的锅炉液位测量实训系统,分析了常用工业锅炉液位调节系统的工艺要求及压力变送器的应用,阐述了该实训教学系统的基本组成及其控制方案的设计、安装与调试。
Combing the technology professionals of production process automation, and electrical automation, the training simulation system of industrial boiler liquid level measurement based on pressure transmitter is designed. The technological requirements of the common liquid level control systemof industrial boiler and the application of pressure transmitter are analyzed in detail. The basic composition of the training simulation system, the design, installation and debugging of the control scheme are also demonstrated.
