摘要
抽油机是油田生产中的主要设备,一般抽油机的电动机功率都超过实际负载功率,即留有较大余量,在运行中处于大功率带小负载的情况。电动机在抽油机上行时处于有功工作状态,下行时处于发电状态,平均有功功率较低,造成很大浪费。主要对抽油机用新型智能节电器的原理及应用进行了分析。
The pumping unit is the main equipment in the oil field production, generally the motor power for pumping unit is more than the actual load power, which leaves larger allowance and lies in high-power with small load in the operation. The motor is in active work state on pumping unit upgoing, and in power state on downgoing, so the average active power is low, causing great waste. The principle and application of a novel intelligent power saver for pumping unit are mainly analyzed.
