Specialized management mode is the inevitable trend of management in the operation room of general hospital. Heart specialist group of operation room in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University implements the sub group management mode from 2012. Each member business level and work enthusiasm improves significantly, medical cooperation strengthens, and patient and surgeon satisfaction to nursing in operation room greatly improves. After more than 2 years of practice, application of sub groups in the operation room of specialized management ensures the quality of nursing in operation room, improves work efficiency, and mobilizes nurses＇ working enthusiasm.
