摘要
曝气装置是一种常见的水处理设备,工程实际中常见曝气装置堵塞现象的发生。论文研究了进气管的布置方式、曝气孔的分布以及开孔角度等因素对堵塞率的影响。提出了通过采用垂直对称布置进气管,计算并调整曝气孔孔径、间距以及开孔角度,来降低曝气装置的堵塞率的方案。并通过工程实际运行验证了这一方案的有效性。
The aeration device is a common equipment of water treatment, and its blocking is also a common phenomenon in practical engineering. This paper studies various factors which have an impact of blocking rate of aeration device, that contains the distribution mode of air inlet pipe, the layout of aerate holes and the angle of holes. Bring out a scheme to reduce the blocking rate via using a vertical symmetrical arrangement of pipes and adjustment in stomatal aperture, exposure distance and stomatal angles. Finally, the effectiveness of this scheme is verified by an engineering practice.
