摘要
为了解决矿用防爆柴油机工作时排出的有害气体对煤矿井下环境的污染,针对某型防爆柴油机不同供油提前角下的排放进行了试验研究,得到了不同供油提前角下该防爆柴油机的排放曲线,通过分析这些曲线并依据防爆柴油机的工作性质和排放要求,确定了防爆柴油机的最佳供油提前角。证实了在此供油提前角下防爆柴油机的排放得到了很大改善。
In order to solve the mine explosion-proof diesel engine work on pollution and emissions to the environment of underground coal mine, for a certain type of explosion-proof diesel engine under different fuel supply advance angle of emission is studied, the discharge curves of different fuel supply advance angle of the engine, and exhaust through the analysis of these curves and has flameproof diesel job requirements,determine the optimum fuel engina advance angle, confirmed on the fuel supply advance angle for explosion proof diesel engine emission has been greatly improved.
