摘要
刮板输送机在运煤过程中,中部槽不仅要承受采煤机的运行负荷,液压支架的推溜力和拉架力,还要承受岩石及大块煤卡死在中部槽时的挤压力等。在以上恶劣工况下,刮板输送机的失效多由中部槽的过度磨损或断裂引起。针对这一问题,应用TRIZ理论对其进行分析,抽象出技术矛盾,查找矛盾矩阵,根据得出的发明原理,对刮板输送机中部槽进行改进设计,提出刮板输送机中部槽的新结构,为中部槽的设计提供了新的方向。
During coal process, the middle trough of the scraper conveyer not only bear the operation load of coal mining machine, pushing force and pulling force of hydraulic support, but also bear the pressure of rock and coal stuck in the middle trough. In the harsh operating conditions, failure of the middle trough is excessive wear or breakage. To solve this problem, based on TRIZ theory, the problem is analyzed, technical contradiction is abstracted. Through searching the contradiction matrix, some innovation principles are found, according to which, a series of improvement schemes of the middle trough are obtained. And the new structure of middle trough is given, which provides a new direction for the design of middle trough.
