摘要
应用三维建模软件对擦窗机整机系统进行建模,利用ADMAS分析软件仿真擦窗机举升机构的运动过程,求得举升机构变幅运动中所受到的载荷,与此同时得出了吊臂运动的变幅-时间曲线图,以此验证举升机构举升的平稳性。通过对仿真结果分析,得出举升机构运行的最危险工况,利用ANSYSWorkbench进行举升机构的有限元分析,将动力学问题转化为静力学问题来处理,验证了机构的刚度与强度,大大的减少了设计所花的时间,为擦窗机的设计提供了一定的参考。
Application of three-dimensional modeling software to permanently installed suspended access equipment modeling, using ADMAS analysis software to simulate the movement process of permanently installed suspended access equipment, lifting mechanism is obtained by loading in the range of movement, meanwhile it is concluded that the luffing boom campaign-time curve, to verify the stability of the lifting mechanism. Through analyzing the simulation results, it is concluded that the lifting mechanism running one of the most dangerous working conditions, the finite element analysis of lifting mechanism of using ANSYSWorkbench, dynamic problems can be converted to statics problem to deal with, verify the strength and stiffness of the mechanism, greatly reduce the design time, to provides a certain reference for permanently installed suspended access equipment design.
