摘要
大伙房水库输水工程目前已经向辽宁中南部6个受水城市供水,供水任务日益艰巨。为了保证输水工程日常的安全运行,文章以输水工程全线的干线高程为例,引入各测点测值的相对正常波动幅度的概念,进一步得出了日常各测点正常波动的上下限及限值区间。经过验证,以相对正常波动幅度为基础的限值区间能够包括各测点正常波动范围内的绝大多数测值,是语音报警系统设值合理且有效的一种方法。
The water diversion project of Dahuofang Reservoir has supplied water for 6 cities in the middle and northern part of Liaoning Province;it is a tough water supply task.In order to guarantee the routine safe operation,the relatively normal fluctuation concept at each check point is introduced,taking the elevation as example along the diversion pipe and the upper and lowest values of fluctuation range at each point are obtained.Through the examination,the range based on relatively normal fluctuation is able to include the most values in the fluctuating range and is reasonable and effective method for voice alarm system.
