The reasons causing loss in gas refueling station were analyzed from each link of purchase,distribution,and storage,and the loss reduction measures were discussed,including regulation of the accounts,optimization of distribution and the unloading process,improving the pipeline design,aligning gas dispensers precision regularly,implementing thermal insulation,central filling gas,strengthening the training,etc. which provided the analysis and improvement ideas of profit and loss management for the gas refueling stations.
