摘要
目的评价淀粉浴联合紫草油治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的90例湿疹患儿随机分为两组,各45例。全部患儿外用医院自制的20%氧化锌搽剂,1次/d,治疗组予淀粉浴30min,浴毕自然晾干后予紫草油外涂,隔日一次。2周后评价疗效。结果治疗组有效率75.56%,对照组为55.56%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重的不良反应。结论淀粉浴联合紫草油治疗婴儿湿疹临床效果好,无明显不良反应。
Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of infantile eczema treated bystarch bath combined with lithospermi oil. Methods The 90 cases of infants with eczema were divided into two groups randomly,with 45 cases in each group. All the infants were external coated with 20% zinc oxide liniment made in our hospital,once a day,in addition,infants in treatment group had a starch bath and after it was dry,they were coated with lithospermi oil,once every other day. The effects were evaluated two weeks later. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 75. 56%,while 55. 56% in control group. There was significant statistical difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. There were no serious adverse reactions of the two groups. Conclusion There are better effects and no obvious adverse reactions of infants with eczema treated by starch bath combined with lithospermi oil.
