温针灸配合拔罐治疗肩周炎32例

The Clinical Curative Effect Observations of 64 Cases the Bursitis in Shoulder Patients by the Warm Acupuncture Union Cupping

目的观察温针灸配合拔罐治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选取该病患者64例,随机分成两组。治疗组予温针灸配合拔罐治疗,对照组采用常规针刺方法治疗。结果治疗三个疗程后(一个疗程10天)观察疗效。总有效率84.38%,愈显率62.50%。与对照组比较(P<0.01),差异具有显著意义。结论温针灸配合拔罐疗法治疗肩周炎疗效优于单纯针刺疗法。

objective To observes the warm acupuncture union cupping to treat bursitis in shoulder’s clinical curative effect. method Divides into the treatment group and control group each 32 examples stochastically 64 example bursitis in shoulder patient. The treatment group was treated with Warm acupuncture and cupping therapy,the control group with routine acupuncture therapy. results After three courses of treatment（ 10 days for a course of treatment） curative effect observation. The total efficiency of 84. 38 %,markedly effective rate was 62. 50 %. Compare the efficacy of two groups（ P〈 0. 01）,the difference has the remarkable significance. conclusion The warm acupuncture union cupping treat bursitis in shoulder’s curative effect to surpass uses the acupuncture treatment to cure purely.
