摘要
通过两两比较法对高校学生党员的选拔、发展模型进行研究,在充分调查研究的基础上,将定性分析与定量分析相结合,建立了多层次分析结构和比较矩阵、得到了各评价指标的权重,通过了一致性检验,最后举例说明了该方法的操作步骤.该模型可以使高校学生党员的选拔过程更加客观有效.
In paper, a study on the selection of university student probationary CPC party members using pairwise comparison method is conducted in order to establish a model in this field. Based on sufficient investiga- tion and an combination of qualitative and quantitative study, a multi-level structure analysis and a comparison matrix are established to obtain the weight of each evaluation index. After the consistency test, an example is given to illustrate the steps of this method. This model can make the selection process more effective and objective.
