摘要
分析了茜素磺酸锆目视比色法、氟试剂分光光度法、离子选择性电极法和离子色谱法测定水中氟化物的原理差异,实验探讨了三种仪器法的优劣.结果表明,三种方法均符合实验技术要求,离子色谱法的准确度、精密度和加标回收率均高于其他仪器方法.
This paper first studies the working principles of the four commonly used methods of detecting fluoride in waters, namely, alizarin-sulfonate visual colorimentry method, fluoride reagent spectrophotometric method, ion-selective electrode method and ion chromatographic method. And the advantages and disadvantages of the latter three are compared and described in details with experiments. Results show that all the latter three methods have met the technical requirements of experiments, whereas the ion chromatographic method is superior to the other two in accuracy, precision and the recovery of standard addition.
