加强地方本科高校物流人才创新创业能力的培养是当前经济形势下建设国家现代物流体系的需要.选取许昌学院物流相关专业的学生为研究对象,以问卷调查的方式,对物流人才创新创业能力培养的各个维度进行了分析和研究,并对物流人才创新创业能力的培养提出了合理的建议.

Strengthening the cultivation of the innovative ability for students major in logistics in local colleges and universities is to meet the need of developing modern logistics system. With students majoring in logistics in Xuchang University as the research object, this article makes a research and an analysis on developing the innovative ability of students major in logistics, and further proposes some suggestions on this topic.
