同课异构微格教学训练模式实验对比研究

An Empirical Study on Microteaching with Different Structuring for the Same Lesson

摘要 采用准实验研究法对比"同课异构微格教学训练模式"与"传统微格教学训练模式"对地理科学专业学生在教学技能训练成效及训练态度上的差别,应用ANCOVA协方差分析统计方法进行数据处理,结果显示进行同课异微格教学训练模式的学生在训练成效、训练态度皆有显著的训练效益,且有较好的实验效果,显示同课异构微格教学训练模式有助于提升地理科学专业学生的训练认知与积极训练态度. In this paper, a quasiexperimental research is conducted on traditional microteaching and microteaching with different structuring for the same Lesson to test the differences of the learning efficiency and attitude of college students major in geography. Analysis of covariance(ANCOVA)is used to do statistical analysis. Results show that students in the class of microteaching with different structuring for the same lesson show better performances in learning efficiency and attitude, which indicates that microteaching with different structuring for the same lesson is helpful to improve the learning cognition and learning attitude of the students major in geography.
