2007-2013年江油市HIV检测情况

Situation of HIV testing in Jiangyou City in 2007-2013

目的了解江油市艾滋病病毒(HIV)检测现状,为制定艾滋病防治措施,评估检测策略提供科学依据。方法以"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"中,2007-2013年HIV检测数据和疫情报告数据为依据,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析。结果 2007-2013年江油市HIV检测量从2007年的26 642人次上升到2013年的157 417人次,平均增长率为29.70%,阳性检出数从2007年的9例上升到2013年的86例,平均增长率为29.76%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.99,P<0.05)。综合医院的样本检测量和阳性检出数逐年增加,分别占总数的18.12%和52.23%。传播途径构成变化较大,异性性传播变化最为明显,同性性传播有所增加,吸毒途径传播呈下降趋势。结论继续做好自愿咨询检测(VCT)工作,大力提倡医务人员主动提供咨询检测(PITC)能及早发现HIV感染者和病人,从而降低HIV的传播流行。

Objective To understand the current situation of HIV testing in Jiangyou city to provide scientific basis for measure development and evaluation in AIDS prevention and control.Methods Based on HIV testing and report data from China information system of disease prevention and control in 2007-2013,statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 13 software.Results The number of HIV testing significantly increased from 26642 persontimes in 2007 to 157417person-times in 2013,with the average growth rate of 29.70%.The positive cases significantly increased from 9in 2007 to 86in 2013（χ2=15.99,P〈0.05）,with an average growth rate of 29.76%.Testing samples positive cases detected in general hospitals increased year by year,accounting for 18.12% and52.23%,respectively.Transmission composition changed greatly,especially in heterosexual transmission,with homosexual transmission increase and drug abuse transmission decrease.Conclusion It is helpful to early detect HIV/AIDS patients by continuing to do a good job of voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）and vigorously promoting medical staff to initially provide counseling and testing（PITC）,thereby reduces the spread of HIV/AIDS epidemic.
