摘要
基于卓越绩效模式过程管理的要求,对冀中能源公司的价值创造过程(资本运营、煤炭生产、洗选加工、营销)进行了详细的分析,并提出进一步的改进措施。
Based on the requirement of process management of performance excellent model,the four value creation processes of Jizhong Energy Resources Co.,Ltd(the process of capital operation,the process of coal production,the process of washing,the process of marketing)were analyzed and further improvement measure were put forward for improve the efficiency and effect.
