从业务流程重组的动因出发,介绍了实施背景,分析旧的管理模式的弊端和业务流程存在的不足,介绍了具体的设计方法和关键环节,确定核心业务流程和支撑业务流程,绘制销售业务流程图,组织实施并持续改进。对照旧的管理模式,总结了实施效果和取得的经验。
Starting from the motivation of business process reengineering,the paper introduces the implementation background,analyzes the disadvantages of the old management mode and defects in the operation process,introduces the specific design method and key links.Identify the core business processes and supporting business process,draw the business processes flow chart,organizes to make implementation and continuous improvement.Compared with the previous management pattern,summarizes the implementation effect and the experience.
