摘要
企业竞争力是企业赖以生存的重要条件,科学的管理体系与管理制度、超前的理念与企业精神、和谐的企业生态环境是提高企业竞争力的重要前提。在这个思想指导下,分析了大同煤矿集团铁峰煤业有限公司运行过程中的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出了管理机制的改进意见,设计了"四加二"模式,经过一年来的试行,给企业带来了一些变化。
Enterprise competitiveness is an important qualification for enterprises＇ survival.Scientific management system,advanced concept and entrepreneurial spirit,and the harmonious ecological environment of enterprises are vital qualifications to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The paper was guided by this idea and analyzes the problems of Iron Peak Coal Co.,Ltd.,Datong Coal Mine Group during the company running.Aiming at these problems,the author provided improved advices of management mechanism and designed ＂Four Plus Two＂ model.The model brought some changes to the company after trying out one year.
