基于知识的自由曲面型汽车前照灯设计方法

摘要 基于UG/KF面向对象的规则描述方法,在开发自由曲面型前照灯设计工具基础上,建立了基于规则推理的自由曲面型前照灯初始方案产生方法,通过仿真照度和照明效果以评价前照灯设计方案的安全性工程要求,并提出了规则推理和尺寸驱动相结合的前照灯设计方案修改方法。应用实例表明,所提出的方法能在前照灯造型设计的前期引入工程要求,根据前照灯的造型曲面产生符合工程要求的前照灯设计方案,有效减少了设计过程的迭代。 Based on the object-oriented representation method of design rules with UG/KF, we develop design tools and then establish the rule-based reasoning generating method for initial scheme of free-form surface auto headlamp. By simulating illumination and lighting effect, we evaluate headlamp design scheme according to safety standards, and present the modification method for headlamp design scheme which combines the rule-reasoning with dimension-driving. The practice of application shows that the presented method may be incorporated into engineering requirements in the early design stage of headlamp styling and can generate appropriate design schemes according to the styling surface, which reduces design iteration effectively.
