摘要
通过对行李箱盖进行包边工艺分析,介绍了一种采用机器人上料、人工下料、分区域预弯、周圈铸件压料、压合的包边工艺方案,以及行李箱盖包边模结构设计。实现了良好的包边预弯、压合工作的目的,同时保证了包边后棱线顺畅,各个制件搭接间隙均匀,表面质量与包边外板单件表面质量一致。重点讲述了行李箱盖包边模结构,包边结构及原理,压料芯结构,举升传输机构的设计特点、工作原理以及运动模拟。经生产实际证明,该行李箱盖包边工艺方案及模具结构设计可降低模具开发成本,提升产品外观质量及生产效率。
After analyzing the hemming technology of trunk lid, a hemming process including robots loading, manual unloading, sub - regional pre - bending, circumferential casting pressing blank and pressing and the structural design of hemming die for trunk lid were introduced. The purposes of good pre - bending and pressing for hemming were realized. Meanwhile the smooth line after hemming, uniform overlap gap of various parts, consistency of surface quality and surface quality of hemming board piece were guaranteed. The structure of trunk lid hemming die, hemming structure and principle, pressing core structure and design characteristics of lift transport mechanism, working principle and motion simulation were focused on. The production proves that the trunk lid hemming technology and die structure design can reduce die development costs and enhance quality in product appearance and production efficiency.
