伺服压力机主传动及其控制技术的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 伺服压力机具有较强的冲压速度调节能力,在冲压成形领域中得到了广泛的研究和应用。首先对伺服压力机主传动部件的多种结构形式和性能特点进行了综述,并针对主轴运动控制的关键技术,包括交流伺服电机驱动控制、主轴运动状态空间模型及控制策略、滑块运动曲线的规划与实现等三方面的研究现状进行了详细介绍和分析,对比了国内外相关研究中主要控制方法的优缺点,通过分析可知,智能控制等现代控制理论和方法将在伺服压力机控制中发挥越来越重要的作用,并将逐步占据主导地位。最后提出了今后应重点解决的问题和研究方向。 Servo press, which has a strong ability of speed governing, has been widely researched and used in the field of stamping. Structure and performance characteristics of main drive parts of servo press were reviewed. Three key technologies about spindle motion control, such as AC servo motor drive control, spindle motion state space model and control strategy, motion curve planning of slider were introduced and analyzed in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of related studies at home and abroad about the main control methods were compared. The modem control theory and intelligent control methods wonld play a more and more important role in the servo press control and would be dominant gradually. The important issues and research direction in the future were proposed in the end.
