摘要
通过制定合理的支承件多工位级进模具的排样方案,保证了支承件质量、模具强度和刚度;根据送料过程中制件形状的变化,修改导料板的结构形式,确保送料顺畅和导向准确;根据各工位工序特点,在不同工位抬起块上开导正销的引导孔或高压气孔,使得抬起块具有托料作用、引导导正销精确定位作用和排除废料作用;在不同工位上设置上拼块和中拼块,起到全长保护小凸模的作用;同时,弯曲工位上的嵌入式凸、凹模拼块,能方便及时修正弯曲角度。实践证明,该排样方案设计简化了多工位级进模具结构、定位准确、产品质量稳定。
A reasonable layout scheme for a multi-position progressive die of the support was formulated to guarantee strength and stiffness of the die and the quality of the support. According to the parts shape changing in process of feeding material, the structure of guide plate was changed to ensure the material feeding smoothly and feeding guidance accurately. According to the characteristics of each position, pilot hole or high pressure air hole were located on different elevated blocks respectively to make the elevated blocks get carrier role, and to make the strip can guide the pilot pin accurately and eliminate waste correctly. Split and block were set on different locations to protect the small punch. The angle of bending was corrected conveniently by the male and female die inset block on the bending location. As it turns out that the multi-position progressive die structure is simplified, position is accurate, and production quality is stable.
