摘要
通过分析德国、英国和澳大利亚三国的校企合作机制建设的经验,得出三点重要的启示:第一,一国职业教育的发展,离不开一个总体的与本国国情相结合的制度框架和战略规划。第二,现代职业技术教育的良性发展,需要政府为主导,社会通力合作,强化推动。第三,注重职业教育与企业利益的结合,以建立有效的职业教育校企合作机制。
Based on the analysis of experience on the mechanism construction of university-enterprise cooperations in Germany, the UK and Australia, three important revelations are drawn. Primarily, no development of the vocational education in a country is possible without an overall institutional framework and strategic planning combined with its own national conditions. Secondly, the benign development of modern vocational and technical education is also government-led, intensively driven of cooperation of the whole society. At last, the combination of vocational education and enterprises benefits should be paid attention to, in order to establish an effec- tive cooperation mechanism between vocational colleges and enterprises.
