摘要
首先对2011—2012年发生的9起客车轴承塑料保持架破损故障轮对踏面检测数据进行了详尽的分析,发现破损保持架端车轮踏面存在局部碾宽、滚动圆跳动大、局部凹陷、不同程度剥离、轮对左右车轮轮径差大等问题;还对2013年发生的8起客车保持架裂损事故与TPDS监测信息进行了关联分析,发现保持架故障轮对多呈多边形特征,径向跳动明显,故障轮对通过TPDS探测站时存在明显的车轮腾空减载现象。
First,the inspection data of wheelset treads in the 9troubles in which the plastic bearings cages were broken between 2011 and 2012are analyzed in detail.Such problems as locally rolling-widened wheel tread near the broken cage,great run out of rolling circle,local hollow,peelings of different degrees and big difference between diameters of the right and left wheels are found;The relating analysis is also made on the 8accidents in which the cages were broken in 2013 and the TPDS monitoring information,and it is found that the wheelsets with troubles in the cages mostly have the feature of polygon,obvious radial run out,and when the wheelsets in trouble passed the TPDS inspection station,there is obvious rise and unloading of wheelsets.
