摘要
对近3年来成都车辆段配属及代管的客车运用过程中的轮对故障进行统计分析后得出:轮对故障率随走行里程的不同而变化,段修后走行里程在40-50万km之间轮对出现故障的可能性最大;盘形制动轮对主要故障为剥离,踏面制动轮对主要故障为圆周磨耗;电子防滑器对轮对故障尤其是擦伤的减少能起到很好的作用;踏面清扫器可以减少剥离,但会增加出现局部凹陷和圆周磨耗的可能性;不同轴型的轮对故障分布各不相同。
After the statistics and analysis of wheelset troubles in the operation of passenger cars allocated and managed by Chengdu Depot in the recent 3years,it is obtained that the wheelset trouble rate changes with the different running mileage,and the possibility of trouble is the highest when the running mileage after depot repair is between 0.4~0.5million kilometers;The main trouble in disc braking wheelsets is peeling,and the main trouble in tread braking wheelsets is circular wear;The electronic antiskid device can have good effect on wheelset troubles,especially the reduction of scratches;The tread cleaner can reduce peeling,but may increase the possibility of local hollow and circular wear;The distribution of wheelset troubles is different for different types of axles.
