摘要
车间布局是生产系统的重要组成部分,其优劣程度直接决定了企业的生产效率和产品质量,是企业长期有效运营的关键所在。以G公司DCT变速器车间生产线布局为设计研究对象,根据投产数据计算出生产节拍、所需工作站数及设备数量。结合系统布置设计(Systematic Layout Planning,SLP)理论对车间布局及车间物流系统进行系统的分析,设计出了生产车间平面布局。应用Em-plant软件将车间布局进行仿真建模、模型导入及仿真运行。通过仿真结果分析,优化了布局设计,最终得到较优的生产车间布局。
Plant layout is an important part of the production system ,which directly determines the productivity and quality ,and is the key to the long-term effective operation .Based on the production line layout of G ’ s DCT transmission plant as a design study , according to the production data calculated take time ,the number of workstations and the number of installations .To analyze the layout and the logistics system of plant combining with the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP)theoretical,design the plane layout of production plant .Using Em-plant software to simulation modeling ,model import and simulation running for the plant layout , through analyzing the simulation results and optimizing the layout design ,finally,get the better layout of plant .
