摘要
以直流无刷电动机为控制对象,采用电流环、速度环和位置环三闭环控制策略,对工业缝纫机的快速制动特性、精确定位特性进行研究,并完成了软、硬件系统设计。为保证控制的实时性,同时也为了降低成本,主控制部分采用PIC16F914芯片的单片机完成伺服控制功能信号的采集,采用PIC16F73芯片的单片机完成按键命令输入、设置和状态显示等功能,两单片机间进行数据通讯。试验结果表明,控制系统满足了缝纫机要求,系统动态性能得到了保证。
The brushless DC motor as the control object ,using three loop control strategy of current loop ,speed loop and position loop.The characteristics of fast braking and accurate positioning about industrial sewing -machine were studied,and completed the design of hardware and software system .In order to ensure the real-time control,but also to reduce the cost ,the main control part adopts PIC16F914 chip,complete the servo control and signal acquisition ,and using the PIC16F73 chip completed button com-mand input,function set,state display,the data communication between the two Micro Control Unit (MCU).The test results show that,the control system to satisfy the requirements of sewing machine ,the system dynamic performance is guaranteed .
