摘要
针对变量泵寿命分布类型的传统识别方法的局限性,提出了一种基于最大总体平均隶属优势准则的寿命分布模糊模式识别方法,并将该方法应用于变量泵寿命分布类型的识别,最后结合变量泵故障规律特性,分析了某型柱塞式变量泵寿命分布模型及其故障产生的主要物理机制,分析结果验证了该方法的正确性,为变量泵的可靠性分析提供一定参考。
Aiming at the limitations of traditional identification method of variable displacement pump life distribution type ,a fuzzy pattern recognition method of life distribution based on the maximum overall average membership advantages criteria is proposed . Then the method is used to identify the life distribution type of variable displacement pump .Finally,the life distribution model and main physical mechanism of failure are analyzed for variable displacement pump .The results verify the correctness of the method and provide some reference for the reliability analysis of variable displacement pump .
