摘要
近年来,有关1,2,4-三氮唑席夫碱金属配合物的研究迅速突起,三氮唑席夫碱配合物由于其特殊的多功能配位结构和拓扑学结构特征以及独特的生理活性,使其无论是在抗细菌还是抗真菌方面都表现出优异的活性,因而备受关注。综述了1,2,4-三氮唑席夫碱金属配合物的最新研究进展,以晶体结构数据为主要依据,按单齿、双齿、三齿、四齿、五齿、六齿和八齿配位模式对各类1,2,4-三氮唑席夫碱金属配合物中配体的配位模式及其金属配位结构进行了综合评述,并对该类配合物今后的研究方向提出了建议和展望。
In recent years,the complexes containing Schiff bases of 1,2,4-triazoles is rapid rise up owing to their special multifunctional coordination and topology structure,unique physiological activities,whether their excellent in anti-bacteria or fungi activities. This work summarizes the latest research progress of the complexes of Schiff bases containing 1,2,4-triazoles. The coordination mode and their structure was discussed based on the crystal structure data and their coordination mode by the classification of Schiff base ligands as mono-,bi-,tri-,tetra-,penta-,hexa-,octa-dentate. The prospects and development trends on the future research of the complexes was also given.
