摘要
以咔唑为原料设计合成了一种新型咔唑衍生物9-{2-[3-(2-吡啶基)-1H-吡唑基]乙基}-9H-咔唑,其结构通过1HNMR、13CNMR表征。利用荧光滴定、紫外滴定对其识别性能做了研究。研究结果表明,该化合物对Fe3+、Cu2+具有高度的选择识别性作用;对其他金属离子具有较强的抗干扰能力;主配体之间形成2∶1型配合物;该化合物在污水检测中有潜在的应用。
A novel carbazole derivative 9-{ 2-[3-( 2-pyridyl)-1H-pyrazolyl] ethyl }-9H-carbazole was synthesized. This product was confirmed by1 HNMR,13CNMR. The molecular recognition properties was investigated by fluorescence titration and UV titration. The results indicated that this compound exhibited excellent selectivity for Fe3 +,Cu2 +and immune ability for other metal ions. The complexes were composed of 2∶ 1 host and guest molecules. This compound had potential application in sewage detection.
