大学生家庭环境人格对人际适应性的影响 被引量:12

Personality's effect on family environment and interpersonal adaptability among university students

摘要 目的分析家庭环境、人格对大学生人际适应性的影响,为提升大学生人际适应性提供实证依据。方法采用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和大学生人际适应性量表,对唐山市某综合性大学4 494名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生人际适应性各维度及总分与人格中的精神质和神经质负相关(r值为-0.337^-0.050,P值均<0.01),与内外倾呈正相关(r值为0.101~0.546,P值均<0.01)。大学生人际适应性各维度及总分与家庭环境中的亲密度、知识性和娱乐性均呈正相关(r值为0.128~0.382,P值均<0.01),与矛盾性均呈负相关(r值为-0.228^-0.100,P值均<0.01)。家庭环境的知识性、娱乐性、矛盾性和亲密度,人格的内外倾、神经质和精神质均进入了对人际适应性的回归方程(P值均<0.01)。中介效应检验显示,人格在家庭环境和人际适应性之间起部分中介作用。结论大学生的家庭关系越亲密,对外界的兴趣和参与度越大,家庭矛盾越少,性格越外向,人际适应性越好;家庭环境通过人格间接影响大学生的人际适应性。 Objective To explore how the family environment affect the personality of students interpersonal adaptability. Methods A total of 4 494 university students were tested by Family Environment Scale Chinese version ( FES-CV) , Eysenck Per-sonality Questionnaire (EPQ) and the Students" Interpersonal Adaptability Scale. Results There were negative correlations be- tween Interpersonal adaptability and neuroticism and psychoticism of personality( r=-0. 337-0. 050, P〈0.01 ). There were posi- tive correlations between Interpersonal adaptability and external of personality( r=0. 101--0. 546, P〈0.01). College students" interpersonal adaptability was positively correlated with intimacy, informative and entertaining of family environment (r = 0. 128- -0. 382, P〈0.01 ), and negatively correlated with contradiction ( r = -0. 228--0. 100, P〈0.01 ). Intimacy, informative, enter- taining, conflict of family environment were incorporated into the regression equation ( P〈0.01 ). External, neuroticism and psy- ehoticism of personality were incorporated into the regression equation( P〈O, 01 ). Intermediary effect test results showed that per- sonality in a family environment and play the partial intermediary role between interpersonal adaptability. Conclusion The more intimate family relationships, the more interested and involved in the outside activities, the fewer family conflicts is, the larger in- terpersonal adaptability is; the more outgoing and mood stable are, the larger interpersonal adaptability is. Family environment af- fect interpersonal adaptability through personality.
