南京某高校宿舍环境与学生呼吸道疾病及其症状的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨学生宿舍环境与呼吸道疾病及其症状的关系,为改善学生宿舍环境提供参考。方法通过调查问卷收集南京某高校7栋学生宿舍256个宿舍l042名学生感冒及呼吸道疾病症状、宿舍潮湿表征、室内感知空气品质等相关信息,对宿舍潮湿表征、不良气味感知与学生感冒及呼吸道疾病症状的关系进行分析。结果宿舍潮湿表征与不良气味感知,潮湿表征、不良气味感知与学生感冒之间关系均密切(P值均〈O.05)。潮湿表征是学生夜间由于咳嗽(OR=1.678.95%CI=1.225.2.297)、咳痰(OR=1.352,95%CI=1.006~1.817)难以入睡的危险因素,室内不良气味感知增加学生夜间由于呼吸急促(OR=2.017,95%CI=1.410~2.886)、咳痰(OR=2.085,95%CI=1.452-2.992)难以入睡的危险性。结论室内潮湿表征与不良气味感知增加学生感冒的概率,是学生出现呼吸道疾病症状的危险因素。
