摘要
目的了解高校心理咨询从业者的胜任力状况,为高校有效开展心理咨询工作提供决策依据。方法以学校心理咨询师胜任特征问卷为评价工具,采取方便取样法对全国范围内280名高校心理咨询从业者进行问卷调查。结果87.3%的被调查者具有心理咨询的相关资质;自评胜任力总均分及各维度均分均在4分左右,属于"比较符合"水平;胜任力总分在年龄、从业年限、咨询时数、是否提供督导、参加培训的类型及是否接受入职后继续教育等方面差异均有统计学意义(t/F值分别为11.772,23.697,7.452,23.881,18.564,3.175,P值均<0.05),年龄越小、从业年限越短、每周咨询时数越少、未参加专业培训、未接受入职后继续教育、不提供督导的被调查者胜任力得分相对较低;在是否持有资格证书及接受督导频率上差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论高校心理咨询从业者虽大部分具有相关的从业资格,但胜任力还存在较大的提升空间。提示从业者有必要增加实操技能方面的培训,并定期接受督导和帮助。
Objective To learn the competence status of college counseling practitioners and the possible working background influencing factors. Methods Taking convenience sampling method to investigate 280 college counseling practitioners nationwide with school counselors competency questionnaire. Results About 87. 3% of the respondents obtained a psychological counseling related qualifications; Competence total and each dimension averagely scored about 4,which means " more in line" level to the items; There were significant difference(P〈0. 05) in competence scores on age,working years,consulting hours,whether to provide supervision,training and continuing education,the younger,shorter working years,the fewer the number of hours per week,do not participate in professional training,do not provide supervision respondents are relatively low on competence. When come to specific entries of competence,scoring top ten entries in descending order were more involved in good professional training,professional ethics and professional character traits; the last ten entries related to the practical operation of the knowledge of consulting,consulting skills,and self-improvement or growth. Conclusion Currently psychological consultation practitioners overall obtained professional certification,but there are still large room for improvement for some,suggesting that practitioners need to increase the practical operation skills training and seek regular supervision and help.
