石家庄市大学生网络成瘾现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of current situation and influencing factors of Internet addiction in college students of Shijiazhuang city

目的了解石家庄市大学生网络成瘾现状及其影响因素,为大学生网络成瘾的预防提供依据。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法对石家庄市9所大学的5 485名大学生进行了一般人口学特征、网络成瘾、生活事件和心理症状的问卷调查。结果石家庄市大学生网络成瘾率为12.84%,其中男生为18.85%,女生为7.58%;网络成瘾大学生生活事件6个因子得分远高于正常大学生,其中人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚、健康适应4个因子差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为57.422,38.277,28.423,13.479,P值均<0.01);心理症状诊断量表的9个因子得分网络成瘾大学生均高于正常大学生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,大学生网络成瘾主要影响因素是性别、生源地、家庭情况、每月生活费、人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚、人际关系敏感、抑郁9个方面(P值均<0.01)。结论石家庄市大学生网络成瘾现状不容乐观,网络成瘾大学生往往存在较为严重的心理问题,家庭和学校应采取有效措施进行预防和干预。

Objective To learn the status and influencing factors of Internet addiction in college students of Shijiazhuang City and to provide evidence for prevention of Internet addiction in College students. Methods A total of 5 485 college students from 9 universities in Shijiazhuang city were investigated using simple random sampling method to study the general demographic characteristics,Internet addiction,life events,psychological symptoms. Results The Internet addiction rate was 12. 84% in Shijiazhuang City,in which male 18. 85% and female 7. 58%; There were significant difference in four factors including interpersonal relationship,study pressure,punishment and health adaptation,college students with Internet addiction were higher than normal college students（P〈0. 01）; In term of the 9 factors from SCL- 90 questionnaire,college students with Internet addiction were higher than normal students（P〈0. 05）; The cause of Internet addiction related to gender,hometown,family situation,monthly living expenses,interpersonal relationship,study pressure,punishment,interpersonal sensitivity and depression（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The status of Internet addiction of college students in Shijiazhuang city is not optimistic. Most college students with Internet addiction often have serious mental health problems. Family and university should take effective prevention and intervention measures.
