On the Jipang Epitaph of the Ming Dynasty

郑府繁昌王仪宾姬滂是焦作姬氏始祖姬兴让的后裔,父姬朝用和叔父姬朝相是当时太学生,家世诗礼雍穆,在当地极具声望。根据墓志考证志主生平,进一步考证墓志书者朱裳的生平,对研究姬氏家族背景、明中后期藩王宗室的婚娶制度等具有重要意义。

Pang Ji the Yi Bin officer of Fan Chang county King of the Zheng King descendant was the descendant of Ji Xingrang who was the first ancestor of Ji family in Jiaozuo area. His father Ji Chaoyong and uncle Ji Chaoxiang were the official student of that time and have very high prestige. According to the epitaph of Ji Pang, this article researches the lifetime of Zhushang who wrote the epitaph which has the important significant to research the background of Ji family and the marriage system of imperial clan Fan Wang of the middle and late Ming Dynasty.
