化瘀解毒方联合胰岛素对应激状态下2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响

Effects of Stasis-Transforming Toxin-Resolving Formula Combined with Insulin on Blood Glucose in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes under Stress

目的观察化瘀解毒方联合胰岛素治疗应激状态下2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法将70例应激状态下2型糖尿病患者分为治疗组[给予胰岛素皮下注射,起始总量为0.4～0.6IU/（kg·d）,并加用化瘀解毒方]38例和对照组（给予胰岛素）32例。两组共治疗14天。观察两组患者的血糖情况、血糖达标时间、血糖达标时间、日胰岛素使用剂量、低血糖发生率、最大血糖波动幅度（LAGE）。结果两组患者治疗后早餐前、早餐后、午餐前、午餐后、晚餐前、晚餐后及睡前血糖水平均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.01）,两组治疗后同时段血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。与对照组比较,治疗组日胰岛素使用剂量明显减少,血糖达标时间明显缩短,低血糖发生率明显降低,LAGE明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病应激状态下,胰岛素联合化瘀解毒方较单独使用胰岛素可明显缩短血糖达标时间,减少日胰岛素使用剂量,降低低血糖发生率及缩小血糖波动幅度。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Stasis-Transforming Toxin-Resolving Formula（ STF） combined with insulin for patients with type 2 diabetes under stress. Methods Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes under stress were randomized into the treatment group of 38 patients and control group of 32 patients. Both groups were given insulin. The treatment group was added with STF. The treatment lasted for 14 days. The blood glucose,blood glucose control time,daily insulin dose,hypoglycemia and large amplitude of glycemic excursions（ LAGE） were observed.Results The level of blood glucose was significantly decreased after treatment in both groups（ P〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference between groups in the level of blood glucose at the same time point after treatment（ P〈0. 01）. Comparing with the control group,the daily insulin dose was significantly decreased,the blood glucose control time was significantly shortened,the incidence of hypoglycemia was significantly reduced,and LAFE was significantly decreased in the treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combo therapy of STF and insulin is effective for patients with type 2 diabetes under stress. It can obviously shorten the blood glucose control time and reduce the daily insulin dose,hypoglycemia occurrence and glucose fluctuation range.
