摘要
区域协同专业评估作为一种与国际通行的"社会第三方评估"相似的评估,在评估目的、主体、内容、过程上都具有自身的特点;其专门机构、专家治理、朋辈互动、良性竞争的优点,为确保评估工作的质量奠定了基础;实施区域协同专业评估,关键是构建科学的评估指标及其标准系统、评估组织系统、评估方法与程序系统,形成符合高职人才成长规律、教育质量生成规律的评估方案。
As a common international "social third party assessment", regional collaborative professional assessment similarity evaluation has its own characteristics in evaluation purpose, subject, content and procedure. The specialized agencies, expert management, peer interaction and benign competition lay the foundation to ensure the quality of the evaluation work. The key of realizing regional collaborative professional assessment is to construct the scientific assessment index system, the organization system, the evaluation method and evaluation procedure system, in order to form an evaluation scheme that comply with the law of higher vocational talent growth and education education.
