Design Parameter Analysis and Improvement of Tobacco Feeder in ZJ17 Cigarette Maker

摘要 为解决ZJ17卷接机组与下游包装机组生产能力不匹配等问题,通过分析研究PROTOS2-2卷接机组供丝系统的主要设计参数和结构,对ZJ17机组供丝系统进行了改进:1增设摊铺辊,将过长烟丝整理均匀,使机组能够适应不同的烟丝状况;2调整匀丝板、针辊和弹丝辘的相对位置,使烟丝获得较高的分选初速度;3重新设计分选装置,提高梗签分离效果;4增加流化床装置,采用气力方式输送烟丝,减少烟丝造碎;5采用螺旋回丝系统替代皮带回丝输送系统,避免产生漏灰、漏烟丝及堵丝问题;6采用气缸替代人工驱动风室升降,消除原气弹簧结构存在的安全隐患。结果表明,改进后的ZJ17卷接机组额定生产能力达到8000支/分钟,有效运行效率达到96.7%,实现了与下游包装机组的匹配生产,提高了机组的烟丝加工处理能力;有效解决了梗签分离不彻底和烟丝造碎等问题,整丝率提高2.3百分点/月,碎丝率降低0.12百分点/月,含末率减少0.07百分点/月,提升了烟支内在品质。 To match the production of ZJ17 cigarette maker with that of downstream packer, via analyzing the main technical parameters and structure, the feeder in ZJ17 cigarette maker was improved as following: 1) installing a spreading roller to even out over-long cut tobacco and allow the feeder to be adaptable to tobacco of different sizes; 2)relocating the smoothing rail, needle roller and picker roller to create a higher initial velocity for tobacco winnowing; 3)redesigning the separator to improve the efficiency of sliver separating; 4)adding a fluidized bed to reduce cut tobacco breakage; 5)replacing the belt conveyor for recycling excess tobacco with a helical conveyor to avoid dust/tobacco leak and tobacco jam; 6)adopting a cylinder to lift suction chamber for eliminating the potential safety risks involved in manually operation. The results showed that the improved ZJ17 cigarette maker reached a speed of 8000 cig./minute with an efficiency of 96.7%, it matched the downstream packer very well; the problems, such as incomplete separation of slivers and the breakage of cut tobacco, were effectively solved, long strands increased by 2.3 percentage points per month, small strands and dust content reduced by 0.12 and 0.07 percentage points per month, respectively.
