摘要
针对传统的正弦脉宽调制方法具有较大的调制误差,提出了一种改进的不对称规则采样法。该方法采用相邻采样点连线与反相载波斜边的交点时刻作为控制开关管的开通和关断时刻,增强了正弦脉宽调制效果,在每半个载波周期进行一次开关管通断时间更新,提高了控制实时性,也适合采用微处理器实时在线计算。设计了一套新型正弦脉宽调制的光伏并网逆变系统,给出了在TMS320F2812型DSP中实现该采样方法的软件流程,并在1 kW样机上验证了该方案的有效性。
According to traditional sinusoidal pulse width modulation method which has a large modulation error, an improved asymmetric regular sampling method was proposed. The adjacent sampling points connection and the inverter carrier hypotenuse intersection moments as a control switch turn-on and turn-off time were used, thus the sinusoidal pulse width modulation effects were enhanced. The real-time control was improved by the switch-off time update in each half cycle of the carrier. It was also suitable for microprocessor real-time online computation. A new type of sinusoidal pulse width modulation photovoltaic inverter system was designed. The sampling method implemented in the DSPTMS320F2812-based software process was given, and the effectiveness of the scheme on 1 kW prototype was verified.
