ESP高频电源的设计

摘要 针对静电除尘用工频电源存在的缺陷,设计了一种静电除尘用高频开关电源,采用一种新型的驱动电路和过流保护电路,选用LCC谐振变换器,介绍了谐振电路参数选取过程并用saber仿真进行了验证,调频范围在18~38 kHz,输出电压90 kV。通过样机实验验证了该设计。 Aiming at the defects for electrostatic precipitator power supply, a kind of high frequency switching power supply for electrostatic precipitator was designed. A new drive circuit and over-current protection circuit was used. Selecting LCC resonant converter, the resonant circuit parameters selection process and saber simulation were recounted. The range of the switching frequency was from 18 to 38 kHz, output voltage was 90 kV. The design method was verified by the final prototype.
