基于SEM模型的我国风投与科创企业冲突管理实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Conflict between the Scientific Entrepreneurial Enterprise and Venture Capital Based on SEM

科技创业企业与风险投资的冲突已经成为国内创业投资领域比较普遍的现象,学术界一直在研究关于解决双方冲突的解决办法。基于目前国内风投与科创企业的冲突解决手段基础,结合结构方程模型,采用调查问卷方法得出相关的实证结论,希望对国内科技创业企业的研究和实务有一定的帮助。

It has been a common phenomenon for the conflict between scientific entrepreneurial enterprise and venture cap-ital.The research circle has always focused on the solution for settling this problem.Considering the update domestic means for settling the conflict problem,based on the SEMmodel and making use of questionnaire,this paper makes the empirical study and draws some conclusions,hoping to be useful in the research and operation for domestic entrepreneurial enterpri-ses.
