摘要 高酸性气田用镍基耐蚀合金油套管制造工序复杂、生产难度大、质量要求严格。综合介绍了国内外镍基耐蚀合金油套管研究成果、常用的钢种及使用环境,论述了此种管材的生产加工关键工艺(合金冶炼、管材热挤压、固溶处理、冷轧加工及管螺纹加工),指出未来研究方向。 Production of nickel-base corrosion-resistant alloy tubing and casing for hi-acidic gas field service involves complicated manufacturing steps, big technical difficulties and stringent quality criteria, etc. Comprehensively elaborated in the article are such aspects concerning production of the said pipes, including the research achievements in this field as made both at home and abroad, the commonly-used steel types for making of the pipes, and application conditions of the pipes. Also discussed are the key processes for producing/processing such pipes (i.e., alloy steel-making, pipe hot-extruding, solution heat treatment, pipe cold-rolling as further processing and pipe threading), and the predicted research area as well.
