摘要
在我国精源短缺的背景下,高学历大学生逐渐成为捐精的主力军。这种现象的产生与受捐者、精子库和大学生群体有着直接的关系。虽然大学生捐精有助于解决精子供需矛盾,但捐赠过程中也产生了学历化、市场化、金钱化的伦理问题。为此,文章从立法角度、捐赠角度、管理角度三个方面对以上伦理问题开展相应的对策分析,进而规范、引导大学生捐精行为。
Under the circumstance of the shortage of sperm donation of China, highly educated university students gradually becoming the main force. It has a direct relationship with the donator, the sperm bank and the college students group. Though it helps to solve the problem of supplying and demanding, the donation process also produces academic, marketization, monetize of ethical questions. This article makes the corresponding countermeasures to regulate and guide the students＇ sperm behavior from the three asnects of the legislation, donations, management.
