新形势下临床医学毕业生就业价值取向特点与教育对策研究

The Employment Value Orientation and The Education Strategy Research of Clinical Medicine Graduates Under The New Situation

目的:采用问卷调查法对某医学院临床医学902名本科毕业生的就业价值取向现状进行了研究。方法:自填式问卷调查研究,研究对象采用整群随机抽样调查,研究对象为临近毕业的临床医学专业本科生;结果:临床医学本科毕业生具有积极向上的就业价值取向,重视未来工作对于生活的意义、注重工作的奉献、利他性质,追求工作的发展前景;结论:医学生就业价值取向特点:注重工作的物质利益取向、注重工作地区的就近原则、注重工作的事业单位性质、注重工作单位所在地区的发达程度;对策:学生个人要根据形势与自身条件树立正确的就业价值观和就业价值取向;学校要在不同的年级不同的学期多方面、多层次的教育引导学生树立科学的人生观、世界观和价值观,鼓励学生积极参与社会实践;政府要提供灵活就业的机制体制保障。

Objective The Study analyses the present situation about the value orientation of employment for 902 undergradu- ates majoring in clinical medicine by the way of questionnaire method. Methods Self-Administered Questionnaire was adopted by cluster random sampling. Results The undergraduates have the enterprising values on employment, pay attention to the influence of future job on their lives, emphasize dedication, altruism and the developing prospects of their job. Conclusions The employment characters of the medical students are focused on the tendency of material interests, the principle of choosing the nearest area, the public institutions, and the developed area. Solutions The students should establish the correct value and attitudes on employment according to the social situation and their own conditions. School should guide students to build up scientific outlook on life, world and values in the different grades, different terms and multi^levels, and encourage them to actively participate in social practice. At the same time, the government should provide the flexible guarantees for the mechanism of employment.
